About The Role

We seek an experienced consultant specializing in sustainable finance content and training in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will develop, design, and deliver comprehensive training materials focused on sustainable finance, including thematic bonds and related topics, customized for the Indonesian market. This role requires an individual with strong expertise and the ability to create engaging and practical training content for diverse audiences, particularly banks and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development

  • Design and adapt training materials with deep Indonesian market context, including presentations, e-learning modules, and case studies on finance and thematic bond-related topics.
  • Develop content that simplifies complex concepts for varied audiences, including professional and non-experts.

Research and Analysis

  • Stay up-to-date with current trends in finance, bond markets, and regulatory changes.
  • Incorporate approaches, case studies, regulatory perspectives, and market insights from
  • Indonesia and current financial scenarios into the training materials.

Collaborations

  • Work closely with teams and stakeholders within IIX to identify training needs and adapt/develop tailored content.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. CFA,
  • CPA, or similar professional certification preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience in finance, investment management, financial training, or related
  • fields, preferably in the Indonesian market.
  • Proven experience in training, instructional design, or content development in Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in creating training materials using tools like MS Office (PowerPoint, Word), videos, or similar e-learning tools.
