Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for crafting innovative and intuitive user experiences across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and be proficient in utilizing a variety of design tools.
Responsibilities:
UI/UX Design: Design and deliver compelling, user-centric interfaces and experiences for IIX's digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user journey.
Data Design: Leverage data design skills to translate complex information into visually engaging and easily understandable graphics, charts, and interactive visualizations.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that align with business objectives.
User Research: Conduct user research to gather insights and feedback, incorporating findings into the design process to enhance usability and user satisfaction.
Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes to test and iterate on design concepts, ensuring the final product meets user needs and expectations.
Brand Consistency: Maintain and contribute to the consistency of IIX's brand identity across all digital platforms.
Requirements - UI/UX Capabilities:
- Proven experience in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
- Knowledge of responsive design and the ability to create designs optimized for various devices.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in UI/UX design and a passion for staying updated on emerging technologies.
- Proficient in storyboarding to communicate design concepts effectively.
HTML/CSS Skills:
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS for implementing designs and collaborating effectively with development teams.
- Knowledge of web development best practices and browser compatibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects with 1 to 2 years of experience. Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
